A Little About Me
I have been providing therapy to individuals and couples for the past 20 years. My passion is working with emerging adults (16 to 24 years of age), individuals and couples experiencing infertility, and people who are feeling anxious or depressed.
I am passionate about providing evidence-based therapies to my clients and making tools and skills easily understood. I have my Masters Degree in Social Work, training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness/Meditation and I am a Certified Yoga Instructor! I recently completed training in Yoga-CBT for Anxiety in order to create calm in mind and body.
My unique ability to build trusting, therapeutic relationships with individuals and couples while building a toolkit of strategies has empowered hundreds to regain control of their lives.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and going for long hikes with my 2 Labrador retrievers, Daisie and Jersey.
